1. Introduction
Welcome to Daily Dose (“Daily Dose”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our website, email-based content, and subscription services (the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. Service Description
Daily Dose delivers short, daily micro-learning content across topics including psychology, technology, art, science, history, personal growth, and more.
All content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise).
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Users under 18 may use the Service only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
For users in the EU/EEA/UK, we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16 years of age.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Access to premium content requires a paid subscription.
- Pricing and billing cycles (monthly or yearly) are shown at checkout and may change over time.
- Payments are processed securely by third-party billing providers such as Paddle or Stripe. Your payment information is handled by these providers, not by us.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
- By subscribing, you authorize the applicable billing provider to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
5.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal using the secure link provided in your purchase receipt or renewal emails, or by contacting us at support@dailydosenetwork.com to request a cancellation link.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that time.
5.2 Refunds
Daily Dose does not offer refunds for subscription payments unless required by applicable law.
- Monthly Plan: The monthly plan does not include a trial period. Charges are non-refundable once payment is processed.
- Yearly Plan: The yearly plan includes a 14-day free trial. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. Once the free trial ends and the yearly payment is processed, no refunds are issued.
5.3 EU/UK Consumer Withdrawal Rights
If you reside in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital services. For the yearly plan, your subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, during which you may cancel at any time without being charged.
By receiving daily content during the free trial, you agree that delivery of the digital service begins immediately. If you do not cancel within the 14-day trial and the yearly payment is processed, the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies to the delivered content and no refunds are provided.
6. User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:
- use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes;
- not copy, distribute, resell, or republish our content without written permission;
- not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Service, servers, or networks;
- comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, logos, and branding on or delivered through the Service are owned by Daily Dose or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and access content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Dose and its owners, directors, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
In any case, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
